After beating Napoli 2-0 in the second leg match of the Italian Cup Reggina pass through to the semi finals, where they will meet Atalanta. Coach Breda explains his thoughts.  "It wasn`t an easy match, we knew Napoli`s intentions and we performed really well in the first half. Then in the second half Napoli came out with their gameplan and it was then where we were strong and kept believing that the game was our`s. Again the tie is over two legs and the first is at Bergamo next wednesday afternoon. The primavera have already made history by reaching the semi finals. It has never been accomplished by a Reggina youth side before. However as their position in the league is not so inspirering they need another three points this saturday away to Palermo in an effort to close the gap on their rival teams. Taking advantage of the first dead ball situation then immediatly scoring the second was perfect for the boys. I think it`s great for the boys that they have qualified by demonstrating personality and the drive to maintain the victory".

The Semi Final. "Reaching the semifinals we can measure ourselves with teams of importance and discover how good we really are. Atalanta are a club that have always performed and been strong at a youth level winning and reaching many finals in the past. There is a lot of pride at stake and we all want to measure up with them and fight till the end. It will be a demonstration of character and strength".

The League. "Palermo are a strong side who have also strengthened their side in the january transfer window. It will be a big test for us as we need to try and steal as many points as we can from the teams above us. It`s also about learning to keep that drive to maintain the risults".
